At Growth Psychology Practice we are able to offer a diverse and comprehensive range of high-quality psychology services to meet the needs of our clients from Geelong and its surrounding areas.
Our clinical psychology services cover the full spectrum of ages and include assessment, educational and treatment services involving clients and their partners, families or other appropriate supports (including treatment providers) where appropriate. Our fully registered psychologists work with clients and their carers (where appropriate) in adopting evidence-based therapy approaches tailored to support your growth.
Our psychologists are highly skilled in a broad range of psychological treatment approaches including: Relaxation, Meditation, Hypnosis, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MB-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Graded Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Relationship/Couples Therapy, Schema Therapy and Imagery Rescripting.

At Growth we offer educational group therapy programs for adolescents and adults. These include our own program for adolescents, SHADES-Y, and the highly regarded and evidence-based SHADES program.
Several of Our Psychologists have extensive experience and training in providing group therapy and/or educational sessions in both clinical and private settings to adolescents and adults.
We are also able to provide a range of Organisational Services, typically for small to medium-sized business on an individual and/or group basis depending upon their needs.
